Sous Banqueting Chef – Luxury Hotel

Goldenkeys Recruitment is working with a prestigious luxury country estate hotel looking to appoint a Sous Banqueting Chef to support the delivery of elegant weddings, private dining experiences, and exclusive events.

This is not conference‑style volume catering.

You’ll be producing Rosette‑level, plated dining for 100–200+ cover weddings and VIP private functions – working with fresh, seasonal ingredients in a structured, supportive brigade.

Due to the location of the hotel, you must have your own transport.

• Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous Chef ready for a step up, someone with 1/2 rosette experience
• Experience in plated banqueting or high‑volume fresh food service
• Confident in leading services in a fast‑paced kitchen
• Passionate about quality, consistency & presentation
• A natural team leader who enjoys mentoring junior chefs
• Background within a 4 star/5 star hotel or events‑led venue would be ideal

• Salary £37,800 + service charge on top
• 40‑hour contract
