As Assistant Manager, you’ll be right at the heart of the operation — leading from the front and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience every day.

• Lead, motivate, and support a high-performing team
• Deliver outstanding food and drink service standards
• Support with rotas, recruitment, training & development
• Take ownership of stock, labour, pricing, and P&L performance
  
  Maintain the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and compliance
• Be a strong ambassador for great hospitality and service excellence
• Bring energy, personality, and consistency to the venue

We’re looking for someone hands‑on, confident, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.

• Experienced Assistant Manager or strong supervisor ready to step up
• A natural leader who can inspire and develop others
• Strong guest focus with a passion for service
• Commercial awareness (stock, labour, GP, P&L)
• High standards and attention to detail
• Positive, energetic, and team-focused attitude
