UCL is seeking a Doctoral Candidate to explore memristive and memcapacitive properties in nanoscale oxide memristors. This full-time position offers a salary of £35,575 per annum, including a £5,197 London allowance, over a fixed term of 3 years.
The role includes conducting research at UCL’s Electronic & Electrical Department and may involve international collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic or electrical engineering, physics, or related fields, and must not have a doctoral degree at the time of recruitment.
