PRS is seeking a Resident Maintenance Electrician to join their team in Cumbernauld, Scotland. This permanent role requires excellent electrical qualifications, including SNVQ Level 3 or C&G 1 and 2, and experience in PPM and reactive maintenance. The successful candidate will manage lighting and emergency systems, conduct compliance checks, perform fabric duties, and handle emergency repairs. Working hours are Monday to Friday with an on-call rota.
Competitive salary of £38,394 offered.
