We are seeking an experienced Body/Painter with the ability to perform high quality light body work, trim repairs, partial refinishes, and cosmetic touch-up outdoors or in a mobile environment.
The ideal candidate is detail oriented, professional, and passionate about automotive reconditioning. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship and wants a long term home within a high performing team.
Requirements- Proven experience in automotive repair and painting (light to medium).
- Must have fully equipped van or mobile setup.
- Ability to complete trim and partial panel repairs to factory standards.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, and team‑oriented attitude.
- Tool maintenance and support provided.
- Excellent culture and steady high‑volume workload year‑round.
- Flat rate pay structure, based on hours turned and experience.
