• Attend project meetings, meet with customers/clients to discuss bid status, present proposals, negotiate bids, and present/solve problem issues. Perform job walks to observe any field conditions that may affect construction, impact the prospective bid, and/or pre-construction designs and build services.
• Ensure that quality control meets Company standards.
• Represent the best interests of the Company with all parties involved during the execution of assigned projects.
• Ensure that each assigned project is run efficiently to maximize profitability, remains on schedule and within budget.
• Manage the change order process, including performing estimates when needed, conferring with Superintendents to recommend solutions, discussing changes with customers, proposing pricing, and negotiating final change order prices.
• Act as a liaison between the Company, owners and any other parties involved as necessary to discuss project status, determine client satisfaction and take immediate action to respond to any problem areas.
• Establish a professional relationship with the customer and interface constantly to maintain accurate status reports and project reviews.

• Above average knowledge of construction practices and trades.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting construction documents, the Building Code, and ADA requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Procore (other tools used for communication and presentation purposes).
• Must have the flexibility to work outside normal work hours/weekends, as required.
• Must have dependable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in LEED Construction is a plus.
• Must be team‑oriented and capable of working effectively with a wide variety of people.
• Experienced managing multiple construction projects and professional staff.
• Possess the ability to develop and cultivate new business relationships and opportunities.
• Must present a positive, professional image and have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must have the ability to work independently, be self‑directed and able to take the initiative in seeking efficiencies of processes.
