Responsibilities- We are looking for a teachable Superintendent to help manage renovation projects. 1-3 years (min) construction experience required.
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a solid work ethic are a must. Assist PM in simultaneously managing multiple projects.
- Must have an eye for quality workmanship.
- Perform repair work as occasion requires.
