Responsibilities- Engage with Customers:

Help customers with their inquiries, ensuring they receive the right solutions and leave with a smile. - Enhance Processes:
Identify customer needs and escalate issues internally to improve our services and processes. - Drive Performance:
Focus on key performance indicators like Customer Satisfaction, quality, and productivity to achieve outstanding results. - Boost Retention:
Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention through impactful experiences.
- Language Proficiency:
Excellent Dutch (C2) skills with a strong command of English (C1 level). - Problem-Solver: A smart and enthusiastic individual who excels in customer service and has a keen eye for detail.
- Empathetic Approach:
