Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact between customers and our service department.
- Greet customers, understand their vehicle service needs, and offer appropriate recommendations.
- Schedule service appointments, maintain customer records, and ensure timely communication regarding the status of vehicles.
- Provide clear explanations of repairs and maintenance, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an automotive service advisor or customer service role is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team-oriented mindset.
