Forsyth County Environmental Health Department is seeking a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative with Forsyth County Environmental Health Department at the Georgia Department of Public Health
- District 2, you will join a dedicated group of public health professionals that help support the overall mission and vision of protecting lives of Georgian residents in a variety of ways.

Customer Service Representative 1:

• Under direct supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.

Customer Service Representative 2:

• Under general supervision, works and communicates with the general public, internal customers and/or external customers to provide information and services targeted to meet customer expectations.
• May resolve complicated issues involving customer service and/or researches governing policies, procedures or laws to respond to clients or visitors.

Additional responsibilities:
Answer phones for the Environmental Health department Maintain client accounts & records Accepts payment for services Will assist EHS staff with various correspondence & gather all information that is necessary to meet EH program procedures & expedite the permitting process.
