Dental Hygienist | Cumming, GA

Part-time, 2-3 days/week, must include Fridays; once a month at our Suwanee location

Do you want a job… or do you want to actually matter at work?

So before you read the rest, here's the honest part: one thing is required, you must have an active Georgia RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) license. Beyond that, experience is nice, but it's not the deciding factor.

I'd genuinely rather train someone newer to the field who's motivated, kind, and curious than hire someone experienced who's just going through the motions. Technique can be sharpened. A genuine bedside manner can't be taught nearly as easily.

You won't be rushing through cleanings on autopilot. You won't be just another set of hands.

You'll be the person a nervous kid remembers as "the nice one who counted my teeth." You'll build real relationships with families over years of six-month visits. You'll have the time and support to actually talk to your patients, not just clean and move on.

• Perform prophylaxis (cleanings), scaling, and periodontal assessments
• Take and process x-rays
• Apply fluoride and sealants, and educate patients and parents on oral hygiene
• Update charts and flag anything the doctor should look at
• Give patients and parents a calm, reassuring experience

• People who like people (especially kids)
• Fast learners
• Dependable. We need someone we can count on for a steady weekly schedule, including Fridays
• Someone proud of doing things well, not just doing them fast

Active RDH (Registered Dental Hygienist) license in Georgia required. Beyond that, prior pediatric experience is nice to have but not the deciding factor. We train thoroughly and expect growth, this is a place to build real skills, not just clock in.
