Bell Cabinetry is seeking a CAD Engineer to transform custom kitchen, bath, and whole-home cabinetry designs into precise technical drawings. You'll collaborate with designers, project managers, and shop teams to create detailed shop drawings, 3D models, and cut lists that ensure buildability, accuracy, and premium quality. Responsibilities include interpreting design concepts, applying construction standards, optimizing material use, and coordinating revisions. This role suits a detail-oriented CAD professional who enjoys craftsmanship, problem-solving, and supporting high-end residential and commercial projects.
Responsibilities
- Produce detailed CAD drawings and 3
- D models for custom cabinetry projects.
- Translate design concepts into accurate, buildable shop drawings and layouts.
- Develop cut lists, bills of materials, and hardware specifications.
- Review architectural plans and coordinate cabinetry details with site conditions.
- Collaborate with designers, installers, and shop staff to resolve technical issues.
- Ensure drawings comply with construction, safety, and cabinetry standards.
- Update and manage drawing revisions and project documentation.
- Optimize designs for material efficiency and manufacturability.
- Support project managers with technical information and clarifications.
- Participate in quality control reviews to minimize errors in production and installation.
