Project Architect Overview
- The Project Architect will lead the design and execution of innovative architectural projects across diverse sectors, including education, healthcare, and commercial developments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive design and planning solutions.
- Develop and present design concepts, ensuring they meet functional and aesthetic requirements.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed drawings and specifications for construction.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative practices into projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Architecture (B.Arch.) or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, such as AutoCAD and Revit.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Experience in diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, and commercial projects, is preferred.
- Ability to lead and mentor junior staff members effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality designs.
