Support Teacher - Part Time

Primrose School of Cumming West is looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Support Teacher to join our early childhood education team! If you love working with young children and want to make a meaningful impact in a nurturing, professional environment, we’d love to meet you.

As a Support Teacher, you will assist lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You’ll support classrooms as needed, help with daily routines, and build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

• Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and supervision
• Support children’s learning, social development, and daily routines
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom
• Step into different classrooms as needed for coverage and support
• Follow all Primrose School policies, state licensing regulations, and safety procedures
• Communicate professionally with team members and families

• A genuine passion for working with young children
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Previous childcare or early education experience preferred (but not required)
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Dependable, flexible, and positive attitude
• Must meet state background check and training requirements
