Support Teacher - Part Time

Position Overview

As a Support Teacher, you will assist lead teachers in creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You'll support classrooms as needed, help with daily routines, and build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Responsibilities

* Assist lead teachers with classroom activities and supervision

* Support children's learning, social development, and daily routines

* Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom

* Step into different classrooms as needed for coverage and support

* Follow all Primrose School policies, state licensing regulations, and safety procedures

* Communicate professionally with team members and families

Qualifications

* A genuine passion for working with young children

* High school diploma or equivalent (required)

* Previous childcare or early education experience preferred (but not required)

* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

* Dependable, flexible, and positive attitude

* Must meet state background check and training requirements
