APPLICATION PROCEDURESA completed application packet for both internal and external applicants consists of submitting an application online at Forsyth County Schools Human Resources and the following supporting documents attached to the application:
- a letter of interest explaining why you are interested in the position and why you will be successful in the role
- a current and brief resume including e-mail address; phone numbers; all education and credentials; a chronology of your career and a listing of three professional references including name, title, address and phone number
- Georgia Educator Certificate Number
- a listing of up to two professional accomplishments which have had the greatest significance in your professional career to date and why you feel these accomplishments are significant
When a vacancy occurs, all application materials are reviewed at the system level. The principal conducts a school-based screening and interviewing process prior to recommendations to Human Resources for approval by the superintendent and the Board of Education.
