Head of School – Pinecrest Academy, Cumming, Georgia. Start July 2027.

Pinecrest Academy is a premier independent Catholic college‑preparatory school committed to forming Christian leaders through Integral Formation. The Head of School will serve as the chief executive and spiritual leader, guiding mission, culture, and long‑term vision while strengthening Catholic identity, academic excellence, operational vitality, and community engagement.

• Mission & Catholic Identity: Model and advance the school’s Catholic mission; foster Integral Formation; support spiritual life and faith formation of students, faculty, and families.
• Strategic Leadership: Implement long‑range priorities; position the school for sustained growth and institutional excellence; cultivate innovation while honoring traditions.
• Academic & Institutional Excellence: Champion a rigorous liberal‑arts, college‑preparatory curriculum; support instructional leadership and student outcomes across all divisions; ensure alignment between mission and educational practice.
• Advancement & Community Relations: Serve as an ambassador; strengthen enrollment, philanthropy, and engagement; build relationships with families, alumni, benefactors, and community partners.
• Operational & Organizational Leadership: Oversee operations and stewardship of resources; support governance practices; ensure effective collaboration among academic, operational, and advancement teams.
