Do you want to earn extra money during school break by engaging with kids and helping them learn coding through fun, game‑based activities?

You’ll work with our team to deliver summer camps focused on video game development, coding, and STEM concepts for children aged 7‑14.

• Extroverts or introverts who can entertain, think deeply, and engage children.
• Fun, engaging, quirky personality.
• Love of Minecraft, Roblox, gaming, coding, robotics, Lego and working with kids.

• Flexible schedules.
• Summer break (late May–early August).
• Any elementary school break periods.

• Communicate with parents, campers and staff before, during, and after camps.
• Adapt on the fly to center dynamics, instructor needs, parent requests and kid’s needs.
• Coach and mentor kids in coding and STEM curriculum (Minecraft, Roblox, block‑based languages, robotics, 3D modeling).
• Complete training courses for our proprietary curriculum.
• Create a positive, safe environment where students can grow.
• Provide feedback to parents on student progress.
• Perform extra duties such as organizing, cleaning, and maintaining center equipment and facilities.
• Clean classroom and bathrooms throughout the day to ensure cleanliness.
• Report to Center Director or lead instructor about daily activities, efficiency and productivity.

• Leadership skills: demonstrated ability to supervise, organize or lead within work groups, clubs, teams, etc.
• Coding and technology skills: knowledge or willingness to learn introductory coding concepts; experience with Minecraft, Roblox, robotics, or 3D printing is a plus.
• Education/childcare experience: experience working with children ages 7‑14 in babysitting, childcare, mentoring, coaching or tutoring; patience with varying learning styles and neurodivergent learners.
• Works well with others; enjoys collaboration and teamwork.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be fun to work with and thrive in fast‑paced environments with frequent changes.
