Pinecrest Academy is a premier Catholic, college-preparatory school located on a 68‑acre campus in Cumming, Georgia. The school serves students from PreK3 through grade 12 and focuses on integral formation, nurturing Christian leaders who transform society through faith, intellect, service, and leadership.

The next PreK‑8th Grade Principal will serve as the division’s instructional and spiritual leader, fostering Catholic identity, academic excellence, and a joyful school culture. In close collaboration with school leadership, faculty, staff, and families, the Principal will guide spiritual, intellectual, and moral development while stewarding resources and supporting growth.

• Catholic Identity: Model joyful Christian witness; integrate faith and virtue formation throughout the PreK‑8th experience; support sacramental life and spiritual formation of students and faculty.
• Educational Leadership: Lead a strong liberal arts and values‑based curriculum; champion data‑informed instruction and research‑based practices; ensure developmentally appropriate and innovative teaching and learning.
• Faculty Growth & Supervision: Recruit, mentor, and evaluate mission‑aligned educators; support ongoing professional and spiritual formation; foster a collaborative faculty culture.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily PreK‑8th operations; ensure safe, effective systems and procedures; partner in long‑range planning aligned with mission and strategic priorities.
• Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families; foster transparent and consistent communication; serve as a visible ambassador of Pinecrest’s mission and culture.

The ideal candidate is a practicing Catholic and mission‑driven leader who joyfully models faith and supports the school’s integral formation. With demonstrated experience in educational leadership, curriculum, instruction, and assessment, the Principal will inspire academic excellence while nurturing the developmental needs of young learners. They will be a strong communicator and collaborator, building trust with faculty, parents, and students, and managing people and resources responsibly to create a safe, joyful, and well‑ordered learning environment rooted in Gospel values.
