Part-Time Afternoon Assistant Teacher
Looking for a fun, rewarding part-time job? Join our afternoon team at The Goddard School of Cumming! We're seeking a dependable, caring Assistant Teacher to help support our classrooms during the afternoon and closing hours. If you enjoy working with children, are a team player, and want to make a difference every day, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- Afternoon/closing shift (approximately 2:00 PM–6:00 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Engage and supervise children in a safe, nurturing environment
- Assist with afternoon activities, playground time, snacks, and classroom routines
- Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and ready for the next day
- Work alongside our teaching team to provide a positive end to each child's day
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Reliable, positive, and caring
- Childcare experience is a plus, but not required
- Must pass all required background checks
- Must be 18 to
