1. RF Sub-System Design

• Design and develop RF sub-systems, modules, and circuits (e.g., LNA, PA, mixers, filters,...)
• Evaluate trade-offs between performance, cost, size, power, and manufacturability
• Ensure compliance with relevant RF standards and regulatory requirements (FCC, CE, ETSI, etc.)
• Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) and design for testability (DFT)

2. Prototyping, Testing & Validation

• Define RF test plans and measurement methodologies
• Operate RF lab equipment (VNA, spectrum analyzer, signal generator, power meter, oscilloscope)
• Troubleshoot RF performance issues at component, board, and system level

3. Product Integration & Manufacturing Support

• Support hardware layout reviews with focus on RF performance and EMC
• Collaborate with BB, mechanical, and system teams on shielding, grounding, thermal, etc
• Support pilot runs, mass production yield improvement, and failure analysis

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare RF design documents, test reports, and performance summaries
• Support certification documentation and regulatory submissions
• Maintain clear and traceable technical records
