Senior Civil Engineer

Seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to lead land development projects across residential, industrial, and commercial sectors in Georgia. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor junior staff, and manage complex site development projects from conception through completion.

• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 6 months
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution
• 8+ years of experience in land development and site design
• Proven experience managing commercial, industrial, and residential projects
• Extensive knowledge of Georgia stormwater management requirements and erosion control practices
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related civil engineering software
• Strong project management skills with ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously

• Lead and oversee civil site design projects including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control
• Review and approve engineering calculations, construction drawings, and technical specifications
• Coordinate with local jurisdictions, review boards, and regulatory agencies
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to project teams
• Manage client relationships and participate in business development activities
• Ensure project compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Perform quality control reviews of engineering deliverables
