. This position is part of Mohawk’s 18- to 24‑month ASPIRE rotational leadership development program, providing professional development and real‑world experience across multiple finance functions.
The ASPIRE Program is an 18‑24 month rotational leadership development initiative. Participants receive 18 months of professional development (one module per quarter) and rotate within their specified business unit to gain the insight and skills required to excel in the field. The program combines on‑the‑job projects, ongoing learning and development, and exposure to multiple areas of the business, including leadership, to build a well‑rounded future leader.
ResponsibilitiesYou will be an integral part of the Flooring North America Finance team and will rotate through different functional areas within the department. You will support financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and collaborate with cross‑functional partners to drive financial performance and operational excellence.
Qualifications- Recently graduated (within last 2 years) with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
- Strong academic record with a minimum GPA of 2.7.
- 0–2+ years of relevant work experience (internships preferred).
- Experience in manufacturing is a plus.
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Permanently authorized to work in the United States.
- A willingness to learn on the job and grow your career through rotational assignments at multiple locations.
- Working collaboratively as part of a fast‑paced team, with strong personal organization, poise, and professionalism.
- Communicating effectively with a wide range of stakeholders in written, oral, and interpersonal forms.
- Achieving results through team efforts, challenging established practices, and drawing relevant conclusions.
- Connecting with employees, stakeholders, and community partners at all levels, building strong relationships.
- Exercising independent judgment and demonstrating solid time management.
- Domestic travel will be required and will be reimbursed.
