Job Description:

A dynamic $50 million services company with its corporate office located in Cumming, GA, and a presence in several states, is seeking a dedicated Accounting Manager. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management: Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance, to ensure the company's financial health.

Team Leadership: Lead and manage the accounting department, including accountants and financial staff, providing guidance and mentorship

Audit and Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and external audits, liaising with the external CPA firm.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning to support informed decision-making.

Cash Management: Manage cash flow, monitor banking activities, and maintain relationships with financial institutions.

Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a must.
• Proven experience in accounting management and financial leadership.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
