We're looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our central finance team, reporting directly to the Controller. In this role, you'll own the accounting operations across a complex multi-entity, multi-state structure — leading close processes, managing intercompany accounting, supporting M&A integrations, and partnering with FP&A and operational leadership on financial reporting and controls.

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple entities and practice locations
• Review and approve journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and account analyses
• Manage intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and eliminations
• Prepare and review consolidated financial reporting packages
• Support accounting integration of acquired practices, including chart of accounts mapping, balance sheet validation, and post-close transition activities
• Coordinate external audits, lender reporting, and PE-level financial requirements
• Develop, mentor, and supervise accounting staff
• Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across accounting operations
• Partner with FP&A and operations leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• 5–7+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required;
  CPA strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience managing accounting for multi-site, multi-state, or multi-entity organizations
• Strong technical foundation in GAAP, intercompany accounting, consolidations, and complex close processes
• Experience with in a private equity-backed organization preferred
• Healthcare services, dental, physician practice management, or MSO experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Sage Intacct a plus
• M&A accounting or acquisition integration experience strongly preferred
