Private Credit Finance Analyst

Location: Atlanta, GA Job Type: W2 | 75% Part-Time | Hybrid (Work in office in Cumming, GA or Marietta, GA 2 days/week)
Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 (Depending on Experience)

What You’ll Do
  • Support the company's day‑to‑day accounting and financial reporting.
  • Assist with loan portfolio accounting, reconciliations, investor reporting, and cash management.
  • Prepare recurring management reports and analyze portfolio performance, profitability, liquidity, pricing, and risk.
  • Learn how accounting, loan operations, investor reporting, and financial analysis work together in a private lending business.
  • Help improve accounting processes, reporting systems, reconciliations, and internal controls.
  • Utilize accounting systems, loan management systems, Excel, and financial reporting tools to maintain accurate financial and loan data.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Ability to communicate effectively with management and team members.
  • Ability to work in a small, fast‑moving company where ownership and reliability are valued.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Internship experience in Accounting, Finance, Banking, or Financial Services.
  • CPA, MBA, or advanced accounting/finance background preferred but not required.
  • Experience in private lending, mortgage lending, loan servicing, real estate finance, banking, or commercial lending is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with financial reporting, dashboards, or data analysis is a plus.
