Physical Therapist – Clinic Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to step into a Clinic Director role at our new outpatient clinic in Cumming, Georgia. This is a rare opportunity to join a growing practice from day one — with a chance to directly influence clinic culture, patient care standards, and team development.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT with strong clinical skills, confident decision-making, and a desire to take ownership of their work. Clinic Director experience is not required — we’re looking for someone who’s ready to lead and grow into that role. You’ll have the support you need to succeed, and long-term incentives including profit sharing and ownership potential beginning in your second year.

This is a full-time, patient-facing leadership position in a 100% outpatient setting, with a strong focus on individualized care and a sustainable, clinician-friendly schedule.

Compensation Package

• Competitive salary — up to $100,000/year (negotiable) based on experience
• 3 weeks PTO

Position Details

• 100% outpatient care
• One-on-one treatments
• 60-minute sessions (transitioning to 45-minute)
• Ortho, balance, vestibular-focused (other areas welcome)
• Patient age range based on clinician preference
• EMR:
  Prompt
• ~1,700 sq. ft. clinic space

Start Date:

• Clinic opens by December 2025
• Candidates may start earlier at full-time salary for onboarding, clinic setup, and operational prep

Requirements

• Active Georgia PT license
• 3+ years of outpatient experience preferred
• Clinic director experience not required
