The Southeast Health District is seeking a highly qualified candidate to fill the full‑time, salaried position of Ryan White/340B Financial Compliance Officer based within the district.

Under general supervision, the Ryan White & 340B Financial Compliance Officer ensures financial and regulatory compliance for the Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program, HOPWA Program, and the Ryan White 340B Drug Pricing Program. The position reviews program expenditures and HOPWA reimbursements for allowability and accuracy and performs day‑to‑day 340B operations, including contract pharmacy coordination, medication inventory compliance, and financial tracking to meet HRSA, HUD, and 340B requirements.
the role supports policy and procedure updates, participates in audits and compliance reviews, serves on the 340B Oversight Committee, and collaborates with clinical and case management teams to promote patient access to medications and services while maintaining strict program integrity.
- High school diploma/GED and one (1) year of job‑related experience or completion of an apprenticeship/internship that supplied sufficient experience to understand the basic principles relevant to the major duties of the position or any other combination of education and professional experience that provides the requisite knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (experience may substitute).
- Experience with Ryan White, HOPWA, federally funded programs, and 340B preferred.
- Background in healthcare finance or grants compliance with strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems.
