As a Speech Language Pathologist in this role, you will perform and interpret comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations; determine diagnoses and prognosis; develop, implement, and monitor evidence‑based treatment plans; and document progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. You’ll work with pediatric and adult populations, adapting therapy to varying cognitive and linguistic needs, while incorporating augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) strategies when indicated.
