Location Benefits

Cumming blends suburban convenience with a close‑knit community feel, offering easy access to Atlanta’s cultural attractions, dining, and professional networks while maintaining a family‑friendly ambiance. Working here provides you with a strong local foundation and the opportunity to broaden your experience through assignments in various U.S. locations, enriching your clinical perspective and expanding your professional repertoire. As a Speech Language Pathologist in this role, you will perform and interpret comprehensive speech, language, and swallowing evaluations; determine diagnoses and prognosis; develop, implement, and monitor evidence‑based treatment plans; and document progress in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements. You’ll lead therapy sessions, provide parent and caregiver coaching, and collaborate with teachers, physicians, and other therapists to ensure seamless continuity of care. There is significant room for professional growth within this specialty, including opportunities to specialize in areas such as pediatric feeding and swallowing, AAC implementation, voice therapy, and neurogenic communication disorders. The role offers a competitive benefits package highlighted by a sign‑on or performance bonus, housing assistance or stipends, and extension opportunities to continue your contract if both client needs and your professional goals align.

You’ll benefit from a comprehensive support network, including a dedicated travel liaison, on‑call assistance 24/7, and access to clinical resources and continuing education to keep you at the forefront of best practices. A robust onboarding process and mentorship options help you quickly integrate into the team and elevate your clinical impact.
