Assignment Details

• Location: Cumming, Georgia 30041
• Department: 699F Rehab Services ? Outpatient
• No Local Candidates within 50 miles
• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Schedule: 8:00 AM ? 6:15 PM | Monday ? Friday (Hours may vary based on department needs)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Lymphedema Certification required

• Outpatient multidisciplinary rehabilitation department
• Services include Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology
• Specialty therapies offered:
  • Certified Hand Therapy (CHT)
  • Wound Care
  • Lymphedema Therapy
  • Vestibular Rehabilitation
