American Traveler is seeking a Radiologic Technologist with a minimum of 2 years of experience for a 13-week night shift contract in a high-volume diagnostic radiology department.
Details- Diagnostic radiology department in an acute care hospital setting
- High-volume 24-hour department averaging 150 exams per day
- Handles both inpatient and outpatient exams, including inpatient and outpatient fluoroscopy
- Procedures include C-arm procedures, lumbar punctures, routine X-rays, and fluoroscopic exams
- Uses Cerner EMR
- 4x10-hour night shifts, Tuesday through Friday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM
- No on-call required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in diagnostic radiology
- Current AHA BLS certification
- OR and fluoroscopy experience required
- Cerner EMR experience required
- Valid state radiology license required, if applicable
- Driver's License required for consideration
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible
- Former permanent staff returning as travelers must have taken a minimum 2-year break from the facility
- Any requested time off (RTO) must be submitted upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
- Copies of AHA certifications (must not be expired) required for consideration
