Compensation & Benefits- Annual Salary: $78,000+

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) will provide behavioral health services, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapy in a collaborative clinical setting.
Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare providers
- Stay current with trends and best practices in behavioral health
- Active Georgia license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- 3–5 years of experience in a behavioral health or mental health setting
- Strong knowledge of current mental health practices and clinical standards
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred
- Excellent communication and clinical documentation skills
