This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cumming, GA, for a Child, Adolescent, and Family Therapist. The therapist will deliver professional therapy services to children, adolescents, and families, utilizing evidence-based and age-appropriate therapeutic approaches. Key responsibilities include conducting assessments, creating and implementing individualized treatment plans, providing play therapy, facilitating family sessions, and managing casework. The position requires engagement with clients to support mental health and emotional well-being while maintaining accurate records and collaborating with the broader clinical team.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Play Therapy and experience in Working with Children
- Background in Social Work and Case Management
- Expertise in Mental Health therapies and approaches
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work collaboratively with families
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Licensed or license-eligible as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or equivalent in the state of Georgia
- Experience in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention is a plus
- After school hours and flexible schedule needed to accommodate clients.
- Ability to collaborate well with referral partners.
