Com For Care  Home Care is looking for compassionate, dependable, and caring individuals to join our team as Caregivers in Cumming, GA. Our caregivers play a vital role in helping seniors and individuals with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide medication reminders
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Monitor and report changes in client condition
• Follow individualized care plans and document services provided

• Previous caregiving, home care, PCA, CNA, HHA, or related experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and responsibly
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
