* Maintain and audit employee payroll data in Workday, including new hires, terminations, pay changes, deductions, and garnishments.
* Ensure payroll accuracy by reviewing earnings, deductions, taxes, and benefits prior to payroll finalization.
* Partner with HR to ensure data integrity between Workday HCM, Benefits, and Payroll Modules.
* Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely, professional, and confidential manner.
* Maintain Payroll Department Email
* Provide support and recommendations for payroll and tax-related issues as needed.
* Follow all processing procedures and adhere to company policies.
* Maintain confidentiality of payroll and tax information.
* Assist HR/Benefits/Payroll with all HCM related tasks as needed
* Bachelor’s degree is required but may be substituted with two years of related experience for each year of education.
* Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in payroll and tax functions.
* Workday and ADP Smart Compliance experience preferred.
