Regulatory Compliance Specialist
LHH is seeking a detail‑oriented Contract Benefits Manager to support our client, leading real estate organization based in Buckhead, Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will oversee the administration of employee benefit programs, maintain accurate data within Paycom, and provide high‑quality support to employees navigating benefits enrollment, changes, and general inquiries.
The ideal candidate has strong, hands‑on Paycom experience and a solid understanding of benefits administration within a professional services environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage employee benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability, and retirement plans.
- Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefits questions, enrollment, qualifying life events, and annual open enrollment.
- Maintain and update benefits information in Paycom, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, and HIPAA.
- Coordinate with benefits vendors, brokers, and payroll teams to resolve issues and support seamless benefits administration.
- Conduct benefits orientations and assist with onboarding and offboarding processes related to benefits.
- Support benefits‑related audits, reporting, and reconciliations.
- Partner with HR and leadership to communicate benefits updates, changes, and enhancements effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in benefits administration.
- Strong, hands‑on Paycom system experience is required.
- Experience with EDI (Electronic Data Interchange).
- Working knowledge of employee benefits regulations, ACA reporting, COBRA, and ERISA compliance.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Benefit offerings for full‑time employment include medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits, wellness plans, and a 401k plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. PTO and holiday hours are prorated based on hire date within the calendar year.
