• Own and drive the end-to-end development of digital self-service products for business banking customers.
• Prioritize and manage product backlog using user story mapping and agile methodologies.
• Lead design sprints to validate user needs and define structured requirements.
• Collaborate transparently with business stakeholders, customer support units, UX, and development teams.
• Ensure delivery quality and alignment across all stakeholders in an agile, international setting.
• Continuously improve agile workflows, reducing rework and accelerating time-to-market.
• Influence strategic decisions through close collaboration with senior management.

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in agile product development, ideally in financial services or related sectors.
• Strong user-centric mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into validated use cases.
• Expertise in design sprints, user story mapping, backlog prioritization, and agile workflows.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, balancing diverse demands confidently.
• Experience leading cross-functional, full-stack development teams (backend + mobile).
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
• Technical understanding of mobile app functionality, API-driven architectures, and backend banking systems.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, interdisciplinary, and fast-paced environment.
• High ownership, adaptability, and a strong focus on quality.
