Snap Tech IT is seeking a skilled Help Desk Technician (Tier 2/Tier
3) to serve as a primary escalation point in our MSP environment. Location is Cumming, GA or Tempe, AZ with a full-time in-office schedule and a 7:50am–5:00pm workday.
You will own complex tickets end-to-end, providing remote support to multiple clients and applying advanced troubleshooting across Windows, M365, AD, and networking. Travel to client sites may be required.
