Key Responsibilities- Solution Design & Implementation:
Lead workshops for requirements gathering, map business processes, and design comprehensive architecture across Oracle HCM Cloud modules (e.g., Global HR, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Talent) - Lead and train few Technical and Functional resources of HCM Cloud team, own the responsibility for complete HCM implementations and Support projects.
- System Governance:
Maintain configuration standards, security rules, role-based access, and data privacy protocols - Integrations & Data:
Oversee data conversion from legacy systems and manage inbound/outbound integrations with third-party vendors and financial systems - Support & Upgrades:
Triage escalated support cases, perform root-cause analysis, and evaluate impacts for Oracle's quarterly release updates - Leadership:
Manage onshore and offshore delivery teams, act as a primary point of contact for stakeholders, and drive operational excellence
- 10+ years in Oracle HCM Cloud, with hands-on expertise in at least two or three implementations with strong background in HCM core functional or technical areas.
- Strong experience and understanding of Oracle Core HR, Payroll, Compensation, or Talent Management. Absence Management, Time and Labor, Benefits, Learning, and Recruiting
- Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and building system integrations.
- Responsible to work on the various ongoing projects along with the day-to-day global functional/technical support, maintenance, and configuration of the Oracle HCM applications.
- Responsible for supporting other integrations and peripheral applications.
- Work with a different stockholder to support existing inventory of HCM Extracts, BI Interfaces and Reports, Fast Formulas and new projects.
- Understand requirements for new integrations/reports, create the technical design, develop and deliver solutions.
- Develop SQL-based BI reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc scripts across the HCM modules.
- Troubleshoot & Develop Fast formulas and HCM Extracts for all modules.
- Build templates and mass data loading using HDL/HSDL
- Exceptional client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Certification:
Oracle Cloud HCM Implementation Specialist certification is highly preferred
