This is not an entry‑level CSR role. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and client‑focused professional who can retain and cross‑sell business while managing critical administrative functions that keep the agency running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

Client Service & Retention

• Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals
• Proactively review policies for coverage gaps
• Cross‑sell auto, home, umbrella, and life products
• Assist clients with billing questions and payment options

Administrative & Operational Support

• Process policy updates accurately and efficiently
• Handle billing inquiries and carrier communications
• Manage certificates of insurance and documentation requests
• Maintain compliance and file organization
• Assist agency owner with reporting and daily operations
• Support sales team with follow‑up and service needs

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license (Required)
• 2+ years insurance agency experience preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication skills (phone and written)
• Comfortable discussing coverage and recommending solutions
• Detail‑oriented and dependable
• Proactive and solution‑focused mindset
