• Manage a diverse caseload: motor vehicle collisions, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury
• Lead cases from investigation through trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement demands
• Take/defend depositions and negotiate with insurers
• Prepare for mediation, arbitration, and trial
• Communicate compassionately with clients
• Support business development through referrals and lead generation

• 2–5+ years of personal injury litigation experience
• Strong knowledge of Georgia civil procedure
• Trial experience and excellent advocacy skills
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
