Salary: $130,000 - $175,000 per year

The incoming attorney will independently manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution, with meaningful involvement at every stage of litigation. Core responsibilities include drafting and responding to pleadings, motions, and discovery, conducting depositions, representing clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediations, and providing strategic counsel across the firm’s practice areas. Candidates with prior government or municipal law experience are strongly encouraged to apply, though most litigation backgrounds will be considered.

Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of recent civil litigation experience in a law firm setting
- Strong academic credentials, J.D. from an accredited university
- Proven track record of case management from inception to close
- Exceptional organizational, written, and oral advocacy skills
- Stable employment history
- Government law experience preferred but not required
- Manage full lifecycle of complex litigation matters
- Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Conduct legal research and analyze case law and statutes
- Conduct depositions and witness interviews
- Lead court appearances, hearings, and mediations
- Provide strategic counsel to government and corporate clients
