Director - Mid-Atlantic USA | Senior RecruiterWe’re assisting a well known client in the greater Atlanta area in seeking a strategic, detail-oriented Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead operations for a high-visibility open-air retail center with an onsite property team. In this leadership role, you’ll supervise a team of four and manage all aspects of property operations, with a strong emphasis on financial performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a well-established open-air retail center
- Supervise and support an onsite team of four property professionals
- Lead all financial functions including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Coordinate with leasing and construction teams to enhance asset performance
- Build and maintain strong tenant relationships with a customer-first mindset
- Ensure operational compliance and uphold brand and safety standards
What You Bring:
- 7+ years of commercial property management experience REQUIRED, preferably retail
- Strong financial acumen — CAM reconciliations, variance reports, and budgeting are essential
- Proven leadership ability and team development experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience with property management software such as Yardi is a plus
