- Lead and develop a high‑performing team: cultivate a guest‑first culture, mentor Shift Managers and team members, empower teams by setting clear expectations, and foster open communication across shifts.
- Support operational excellence: execute store‑level strategies to drive sales, guest satisfaction, and profitability; monitor inventory, vendor relationships, cash control; drive promotional execution and ensure food service compliance.
- Champion food safety and compliance: conduct regular food quality checks, coach the team on food safety standards, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain documentation for audits.
- Drive results through collaboration: analyze reports, identify trends, act to improve store performance, support scheduling and staffing coordination with the General Manager, provide performance feedback, and drive accountability.
- 3‑5 years of experience in retail, food service, or restaurant leadership
- 1+ year of management experience preferred
- Strong coaching, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Experience in high‑volume, guest‑focused environments
- Ability to read and act on business metrics such as P&L, labor, and sales
- High School Diploma or GED, in progress or completed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks as needed
- Willingness to obtain and maintain food handler and alcohol server permits (if required)
