** Hiring Hourly Rate: $34.98/Hr.**
* ** As a Maintenance Tech, your responsibilities will include:
*** Supporting a Safety-First Culture
-by following all safety and food safety rules including GMP, NFPA 70, LOTO and OSHA guidelines.
* Trouble shooting and repairing equipment by identifying and repairing issues with machines and communicating with team members, as needed.
* Documenting your work using CMMS.
* Performing preventive (PM) and predictive (Pd.M.) maintenance and following up with necessary repairs.
* Electrical work including installing and repairing electrical systems, PLCs and electrical components and working with automation such robots and programmable controllers.
* Machining and fabrication using tools such as grinder, lathe, drill press along with welding.
* Supporting operation with the development of autonomous maintenance, SOP’s and centerline programs for equipment.
** 2 Year Earning Potential Based on Continuous Learning Progression Pay
*** 6 Months - $36.40/hr. plus shift differential
* 12 Months-$37.98/hr. plus shift differential
** Qualified candidates will have:*
* * An associates degree or two-year certificate from a college or technical school in Electrical Maintenance Technician, Mechatronics, or equivalent program    OR     high school diploma plus 4 years of related experience with safety, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and PLC programming.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and CMMS programs.
* Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
* Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple one- or two-step instructions.

Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables
** Candidates must currently possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States. Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.*
* ** What will set you apart:*
* * 5 years of experience as a Multicraft technician
* Food and Beverage manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand and walk to communicate and listen effectively. This will require both office and plant environments. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. The employee will occasionally need to operate and drive a forklift or electronic pallet jack to transport materials or goods.

Environmental Concerns:  While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock.  The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; high, precarious places; outside weather conditions and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.  Dust and odor present in environment.
