SMT Operator - 1st/3rd Shift - Temp to hire!!

We are seeking CNC Machine operators that will want to take on a new challenge and learn how to operate a SMT machine. If you have direct SMT Operator experience and ready to make a move, the rates will be higher.

Shift of the SMT Operator:

• 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• 3rd shift: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay Rate/Salary of the SMT Operator:

• $22.00/hr - $24.00/hr depending on years of experience

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and load component reels
• Operate and monitor Yamaha SMT machines
• Perform basic machine checks and operator maintenance
• Run AOI inspections and review PCB quality
• Support smooth workflow and collaborate with your team

Qualifications of the SMT Operator:

• Experience in SMT assembly processes.
• Experience operating a SMT machine
• CNC Machine Operating experience
• 3 months to 8 years of SMT experience
• 2-5 years of CNC experience
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and guidelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting machine errors.
• Commitment to maintaining quality and efficiency in production.
• Knowledge of safety practices in a manufacturing environment
