1. Possess multiple SiP equipment maintenance and troubleshooting skills:

- Familiar with the operating principles of various SiP equipment models, able to quickly identify common machine faults (such as electrical, mechanical, software, etc.).

- Able to perform systematic diagnosis based on abnormal phenomena, effectively utilize tools for troubleshooting, and propose maintenance solutions.

2. Able to lead abnormality elimination processes and track improvement progress:

- Responsible for leading abnormality elimination and cross-departmental coordination, formulating action plans and tracking repair schedules.

- Establish abnormality handling reports and records, and promote continuous improvement actions.

3. Assist in revising and optimizing equipment maintenance SOPs:

- Based on actual maintenance experience and equipment repair records, provide revision suggestions to enhance practicality and operability.

- Assist in implementing PM methods to improve maintenance processes, items, and cycles, thereby enhancing maintenance efficiency and quality.

4. Train and guide new and mid-level technical personnel:

- Develop and execute training programs, providing tiered training on equipment operation, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.

- Draft SOP documents to ensure the maintainability and scalability of SiP equipment.

5. Possess cross-departmental communication and coordination skills:

- Able to coordinate equipment maintenance and servicing schedules with process, manufacturing, engineering, and quality assurance departments, balancing production capacity and maintenance efficiency.

- Able to communicate promptly and flexibly allocate resources in response to emergencies, ensuring uninterrupted production line operation and maintaining equipment stability.
