We are seeking a dependable and detail‑oriented Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will use hand tools , power tools , and standardized work instructions to assemble components and build high‑quality products. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, problem‑solving, and contributing to a fast‑paced production environment.

• Assemble Components — Build products and sub‑assemblies using hand and power tools according to specifications.
• Read Work Instructions — Follow blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions to ensure accurate assembly.
• Inspect Finished Parts — Perform quality checks to confirm products meet company standards.
• Operate Tools & Equipment — Safely use drills, screwdrivers, torque wrenches, and other tools required for production.
• Maintain Work Area — Keep workstation clean, organized, and compliant with safety guidelines.
• Meet Production Goals — Work efficiently to support daily output targets.
• Collaborate With Team — Communicate with supervisors and teammates to resolve issues and improve processes.

• Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required; training provided.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

• 1st shift – 4/10 hr shifts (M-Th)
• pay: $19hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cumming, GA.

The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $19.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Cumming,GA.
