Job Summary:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients, ensuring optimal patient outcomes through assessment, planning, and intervention. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality healthcare in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient health status and document findings accurately.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Possess a valid Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in medical-surgical nursing.
• Hold current BLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
