Qualifications:

• Active RN license, valid and in good standing
• 2+ years of recent Operating Room/Perioperative nursing experience
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Scrub and circulate proficiency strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of aseptic technique and surgical instrumentation
• Excellent communication, organizational, and critical thinking abilities

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical staff as a vital OR team member
• Prepare, monitor, and maintain a sterile field and manage surgical instrumentation
• Accurately document nursing care and ongoing patient assessments
